7 Ways to Make Extra Cash
7 WAYS TO MAKE EXTRA CASH
Have a Garage Sale – One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. We all have items lying around the house or the apartment that are just collecting dust and no longer serving any productive purpose – so why not unload them and put a few extra bucks in your pocket.
eBay – If you have items with substantial value eBay may be your answer. There is a fee associated with eBay so that is why I am suggesting items of greater value, but the good news is that you have the world at your fingertips.
Consign Clothes – Today there are consignment stores popping up everywhere and they are only too happy to display your wears – literally. The great thing about consignment stores is that after people wear an item they can just take it back and re-consign it. Heck who knows, this may even be an avenue to even spruce up your own wardrobe and the best thing about it – the clothes are broke in and comfortable right from the get go.
Household Services – Today people are living longer and as they age some of the simple everyday tasks are no longer quit as easy to accomplish as they once were and assistance may be required once or twice a week. This assistance can range from prepping meals to giving the house a quick vacuum. In any case there is plenty of opportunity to make some extra cash if you are willing to throw your name out there and offer your services.
Gardening Services – As with household services, gardening can also become a challenge as we age, however it can also be a challenge for families where both the husband and the wife work. Professional landscape services are quite expensive so if you can provide a service that will both keep you active and slip a few bucks in your pocket – why not!
Pet Sitting and/or Dog Walking – If you have no allergies this can be a fun way to make so extra spending money and at the same time get you out for a daily walk and some exercise of your own. Of course it might be recommended to take a pet training course just in case you run into that one unruly dogs that is determined to show you just who’s boss.
Rent Out a Room – If you have an extra room – why not – you can screen your applicant, verify their employment, and ask for personal references. In addition it’s a great way to meet new people from various walks of life and to add a little human flavor to those evening that are being consumed by the TV.
