Aug 2 – What’s Crack-a-lackin?

I said I wanted to introduce you to a new project this week, and I will in a round about way.

BUT to get started I really need to know… What’s on your mind pertaining to your long-term LIVING agenda?

How do you feel about your long-term health and wellness in your second fifty? This isn’t a simple “How are you doing?” with the automatic societal response “Good!” This is a serious question that needs your undivided attention. You need to know what is planted in your subconscious in order for you to take the appropriate action NOW that will dramatically impact your future down the road.

So REALLY how do things look – rosy, or are you having a few doubts?

If you have adjusted your eating, exercise, educational patterns and have added some long term activities to add value to your life on a day-to-day basis – good on you – go prune the roses!

If you haven’t you need to take a deeper look at your doubts, but don’t freak out, because with a few simple adjustments these doubts can be eradicated.

Let me explain – how to overcome these doubts.

I’m bringing this up, because once my parents turned 75, they really started to slow down. Sure most of their friends thought they were amazing right up until their late 80’s, “they do so much” – BUT – they only saw them when they were active on a trip. They didn’t get to see them the rest of the time, when they were struggling with aches and pains, disease, and other limiting situations sitting at home, sedentary, watching TV.

So why did they appear so healthy and vibrant once they left the house?

They came alive because they had a reason to live, they had something to do, and life suddenly got interesting.

The moment life gets interesting; we seem to naturally forget about all the little things that turn into big things over time.

AND THAT IS HOW YOU OVERCOME DEBILITATING AGING

YOU GET ACTIVE AND STAY ACTIVE!

So what’s the best way to get active and stay active? FIND YOUR PURPOSE!

And what is the best way to find your purpose?

Play at Creation

That’s right! PLAY!

We all ground our way through our first fifty. Raised our kids – had an automatic agenda and we followed the flow. BUT – now we want more! We want to live. We want to embrace these years and we want to do stuff. FUN STUFF!

So think back when you were a kid. What was the most fun. When we were playing, and when we were creating!

Do you hear yourself saying – BUT I’ve lost my ability to play, and I’ve lost my ability to create!

BS!

You just THINK that, and you are just unsure where to start, and what to do!

That’s where we can help!
