Often in life we become trapped by beliefs that we have acquired from family, friends and piers. Certainly their intention wasn’t negative, but in many cases their beliefs simply weren’t true. In Your Second Fifty, Frank addresses many of these inaccurate beliefs and provides you with positive truths that will guide you to an amazing second fifty.
Your Second 50 is a breath of fresh air that offers hope for living a successful, meaningful life in our latter decades.

I love the way Finding Freedom in Your Second Fifty reveals all the opportunities that exist for those over 50 years old. This uplifting, innovative, inspiring perspective on life really lights me up! I’ll watch it again and again – and tell all my friends too!
I thought I would share something that helps me on the topic of aging. I currently look after a foster puppy. He’s fun. He’s busy. He’s not house trained yet. We spend time in the backyard admiring the stars because he can’t manage stairs yet. Keeps me thinking good things and I move more. All good things!
I was blessed to play in over 1,300 games in the NHL and over that period of time I watched many talented players come and go. The key to succeeding as I saw it was the ability to adjust and adapt to an ever changing game. In “Your Second Fifty” Frank provides his readers with the tools required to positively adjust and adapt to the ever changing challenges of life over fifty.
