July 12 – The Jokes On Old Age!

I don’t know about you, but I really don’t like jokes about old age. Because truth be told, if we take the proper steps to maintain our lives mentally, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually, we will be the ones laughing at old age!

It’s not like I can’t poke fun at myself – I can, but most old age jokes are based upon complete BS, and they have the potential to plant negative markers in or mind. Negative markers that ultimately reduce our longevity and well-being.

When I filmed the documentary a number of leading anti-aging doctors told me that there is no reason that the human body should shut down before 120 -125 years of age. So why then when I talk to people, do so many state that they don’t want to live into their 80’s, 90’s or more. They state they don’t want to get old and live in a seniors home, they don’t want to use a walker, they don’t want to lose their memory, they don’t want to be pushed around in a wheel chair …

Well – no one does!

Yes those things happen – but if you don’t want them to happen to you – thinking you don’t want to get old isn’t the answer! BECAUSE YOU WILL GET OLD!

But you don’t need to lose your health – the answer is to do the things you need to do to stay healthy, mobile and active.


Ya ask someone who has become sedentary – how much work is it to get up from a chair or get out of bed or pick up something they dropped. A lot more work that it took to stay in shape in the first place – I can guarantee you that!

A few years back they did a study in New York. They took a group of men in there 90’s and had them start exercising. Within two weeks they were as fit as most 70 year olds. It’s never to late to kick the body back into gear.

Now – my parents used walkers, because everyone else used a walker, and they were all afraid to fall. Yes falling is very serious, BUT if they had applied the M.A.S.S.E.D exercise program daily, which I’m recommending to, because you will be adding years to your life and life to your years. M.A.S.S.E.D equates to Mobility, Alignment, Stability, Strength, Endurance, and Dedication.

So it’s up to you – as God might say – pay me now or pay me later!
