You see, we all want to enjoy our lives and feel healthy, peaceful, strong, loved and empowered. It may be enjoying a healthy, fit body, a fulfilling relationship and family, success in our chosen career or all of the above. But something happens to us as we grow up and life unfolds differently than we expected. We get trapped within caring for everyone except ourselves or become who society says we should be and lose sight of the dreams we had in the first place.
